Our Stylists
With over 40 years of hair experience, Kristin is a master stylist. At the age of 21, Kristin went through the Gene Juarez Academy advanced training program alongside Gene Juarez himself. Hair has been her sole career ever since. She's been slinging styles on Whidbey Island since 1995 and grew up spending summers and weekends on Whidbey, a true lifelong islander. Kristin has so many years of hair experience under her belt that she just about does it all. When not doing hair, you might find Kristin painting scenic landscapes, gardening, kayaking, or adventuring in the woods.
Nicole graduated from Gene Juarez in 2014 and has been a stylist for 12 years. Her love of hair started at an early age, spending hours in her mom's salon and styling her own unruly curly hair. Nicole's specialties are natural, lived in color, reds, curly hair, low maintenance styles and brow waxing but she loves to do just about everything. Nicole has taken balayage courses with rockstar stylist Guy Tang and cutting courses with master stylist Ira Pope Sage and continues to learn new ways of mastering her craft. When not doing hair, you might find Nicole playing music or walking the beaches of Whidbey.
